Lisa Woznica

Lisa is a Principal Director at Accenture, where she leads experience strategy and transformation projects for clients across the financial services sector. With over 20 years of experience in both consulting and industry, she has worked with some of Canada’s leading financial institutions to develop strategies, capabilities, and organizational changes that drive better outcomes for individuals and businesses. 

Prior to Accenture, Lisa served as Vice President, Strategy & Customer Experience at Wawanesa Insurance, where she established the customer experience function. Earlier in her career she held roles at BMO, PwC, EY, and SECOR Consulting, giving her deep familiarity with how Canadian banking, insurance, and wealth management systems function and how they shape people’s financial lives.

Lisa brings extensive relevant experience to OMT Human Capital, having advised numerous companies in various capacities. Lisa holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA from Harvard University. She is based in Toronto.
